The fund will invest EUR 300 million in European growth companies, who will have to meet both financial and elevated impact criteria with a measurable effect on the SDG’s. Three focus areas for investments
Renewable energy, electrification and decarbonization are crucial to reduce the global emissions and reach net zero by 2050. In addition, we must reduce consumption and strengthen local communities through health, education, and welfare. By investing in technology for energy transformation, sustainable consumption, and resilient societies, Verdane Idun I will contribute to direct and indirect reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
