Paal holds a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He is interested in international relations and consequently went on an exchange to the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Paal Started in Nysnø in 2020. Prior to this, he worked two years in Argentum Fondsinvesteringer, a state-owned private equity asset manager, where he was part of the secondary team. At Nysnø, Paal focuses on new investments and financial due diligence. He works with both direct investments and fund investments and has a focus on battery technology, mobility, and the infrastructure segment. Paal wants to help build new companies that can grow and succeed internationally.
