Widar Salbuvik, Chairman of the Board. Widar holds a degree in business and economics (siviløkonom) and presently runs his own investment business. He is on the board of several companies, including Entra ASA, HitecVision AS and Kings Bay AS. Widar previously served as chairman of the board in Argentum and was until recently on the board of the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Jannicke Hilland, Member of the Board. Jannicke graduated as civil engineer and holds a doctorate from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She has held the position of CEO in BKK AS since 2015, and she has extensive experience from Statoil and Hydro, among others. Jannicke is currently on the board of Energy Norway and the Bergen Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Klaus Mohn, Member of the Board. Klaus is professor of economics at the University of Stavanger’s UiS Business School. Prior to this, he worked as chief economist at Statoil and has been appointed to the government’s Commission on climate risk and the Norwegian economy.
Katharina Ringen Asting, Member of the Board. Katharina runs her own consultancy firm supporting tech companies with commercialisation, innovation, international partner search and executive coaching. She has served as a leader in startups and corporates and has worked as investor. Her educational background is MSc in Electrical Engineering and Master of Business and Administration, MBA. Katharina has served as board member in private companies and PE funds in many countries, and is today board member in DNB Private Equity, Prospera and Catalyst Technologies.
Egil Herman Sjursen, Member of the Board. Egil holds a degree in economics (cand.polit.) from the University of Bergen. He has for the past 12 years held the position of partner and CEO of Holberg Fondsforvaltning AS. Since 1 April 2018, he has taken on various board appointments, and among these he chairs the boards of the University of Bergen’s Research Foundation, the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra’s Foundation “Musikkselskapet Harmonien” as well as of Janus.
